Casa Edith - Cartagena

our stay at Casa Edith was phenomenal, surpassing our previous experience in Cartagena. The owner's warm hospitality and helpfulness made us feel truly welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, with numerous attractions within walking distance. We couldn't get enough of the adorable hostel cat!

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation in Getsemani. the location was perfect - not right in the center, so there was less noise pollution, but still close enough to walk to Plaza de la Trinidad where there are lots of nice bars and restaurants. the room was spacious, with air-conditioning which was a must in the heat of Cartagena. the owner and her family were very accommodating and available to answer all our needs. We will definitely be returning to Casa Edith. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 👌.

We loved the twin room on the second floor with its lovely balcony where we spent our evenings. The bathroom was always available and the room had both a fan and AC to combat the Cartagena heat. Edith made us feel at home and the included breakfast was a nice touch. The cleanliness of the place was really good.

Renovated, clean rooms with own bathroom and great shower. Air conditioning and TV provided. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location near port, castle, and old center in fashionable neighborhood. Lovely rooftop bar with tasty food. Simple but tasty breakfast included. Quiet street location. Large balcony with good natural light and air flow. Affordable price compared to other hotels in the area.

The host was incredibly helpful and even stored our bags for us. the rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, small but functional. the hostel's location in the vibrant neighborhood of Getsemani was perfect for exploring and only a short walk from the historic center. the ratio of price to quality was great, and there was a shared living room with a view of a nearby castle.

The Wi-Fi connection in the bedrooms was weak, which made it difficult to stay connected. it would have been nice to have some small improvements, such as hooks to hang wet towels and better-quality bed linen.

Nothing not to love.

Well located in a vibrant neighborhood with great bars and restaurants. Friendly staff who stored our luggage for 5 days. Small but acceptable rooms. Comfortable and clean accommodation with a rooftop bar serving reasonably priced food and drinks.

I recently stayed at Casa Edith in Getsemani for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location is perfect - close to the town but away from the main rowdy streets. The cold showers and air-con are a welcome relief from the hot climate. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

I had a great stay at this cozy hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant plaza and within easy walking distance of the old town. The room had a lovely balcony that provided a refreshing breeze, and I enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings. The staff were friendly and organized an early taxi for my departure. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.
